I should probably stop reading here. :) I don't know how anyone wouldn't rate Strachan as a coach/manager. I'd do anything to have him as Ireland manager in a few years. Certainly when it comes to judging players and getting the best out of them. Robbie Keane said he was the best manager he has played for. He made something like £26m in his 5 years at Coventry from selling his own buys.

Just reading a Newcastle forum to see how Duff is doing:

Watched bits of Newcastle and most of Spurs, Duff and Keane but looking a bit more confident. Duff even took on his man and beat him a few times.

Just Logan and Yeates on the bench for leicester, Yeates got a late run out, and Morrisson for palace, Yeates hasnt nailed down a starting spot in a side where there were oppertunities to do so, with the arrival of Newton from west ham for the remainder of the season, he will now have more competition, and will have to work harder for, and make more of any oppertunities he gets.

Watched the Sunderland game. Connolly kept fairly quiet, laid on first goal. Murphy came on and scored good goal, looked lively. Miller also came on but was very poor, with a lot of sloppy passing.

Garry Breen was in defence for Man City's reserves in a 2-1 win over an Everton reserve side including Alan Kearney, Darren Dennehy and Aidan Downes.
The Everton link is just a pic of their scorer, James Vaughan, the report is to be added later, apparently.
