Watched the first 65 minutes of the Star game also and they looked good. Could have been 4 or 5 by half time if the Star forwards had taken all their chances. Yogi in goal for Coonagh was a strange choice, was he injured.

Our Keeper got injured against Summerville...it shows u need a quality keeper to have any chance...in fairness the gale force wind did not help either team...but Star are the best team in that division as that was Coonaghs first league defeat since Xmas....But of luck to Star...do things so simple...hold the ball upand play the space...Solid defence also.Quote:

I taught yogi was gone from A team, since he had fight with frankie glynn
He is with the B team for most of the season and as usual playing up front. The As were stuck for a keeper last night. Well stuck.Quote:

and we beat Shannon on Sunday then a draw with Corbally will garauntee us a play off with Herbertstwon (providing they win all their remaining games), and a win versus Corbally will garauntee us the league title also.

I was only saying that because ye were stuck for players a few games back when Pat Boland had to play for ye. So if are already promoted and are champions ye could find some players having less interest.Quote:

ive been away lads but read the jnr soccer section in the star and it said H'town were promoted already, surely not?
ya read that myself in the star they got the goalscorers name wrong too. they must of got wrong information cause herbertstown have a bit of work to do yet to make sure of promotion but there in the best position to get promoted win there remaining games and there up.
