Everton 1-2 Midleton
Everton 1-2 midleton. Midleton missing loads and dug out a result in horrendous conditions up at the airport!
Heard Everton 1-2 Midleton ,not sure if that was full time .any have final score?
That's a big result this morn, how did the game even go ahead, league gets very tight now,Everton now look doomed.castleview now in big a big fight, other teams now also looking over there shoulder too.
I thought we deserved it. We were without a few regulars and had a few injuries, but that's why we all try and have big squads.
The winning goal was pure quality. A bit of a battle through out but what can you expect on a morning like it was. Considering that they called off last weeks game v st Mary's I was very surprised that the game went ahead, but I suppose they would have been well informed about our suspensions. All in all a very important 3 points for us.
Did Everton know about the suspensions? Now if the pitch was playable anyway it doesn't matter if they did or not. Do they have inside info that the rest of the teams don't have? If they do how is it possible?
Lads I was being nice earlier midleton were a class above Everton this morning. They've bucked up their ideas in the last few weeks. Midletons strikers looked to hold the ball up and bring others in to play. Midleton a holding midfielders actually held while Lawrence decided he had to try and win the game on his own. MIdle two two centre halves went about their business with strength and had the quality bringing the ball forward. As for the keepers one was calm and and made the right decisions and the other was looking for a phantom push for a goal.
massive 3 points for midleton in a ding dong relegation battle
1st division really heating up now after bandon dropping valuable points away to fermoy
It has being coming a long time couple people not happy that they never really got any decent players in past couple of seasons a close friend down my job told me that Austin is after packing up..shame because he is a good clubman wander who will take the responsibility now..
some amount of rubbish talked on this
no cork players in Gerry smiths squad for the Poland game , thought jamie murphy might get a look in, as he is top goal scorer in the msl premier , any thought folks
how do folks see the int. cup games going the weekend , any one predict all 4 cork teams to make it true !! I think UCC and Casement will have there hands full in cork with glen crowe a top marks man for mochtas and them also flying high in there division in dublin , tolka with 3/4 irish juniors in there ranks , wont make it easy for casement !! i fancy dales to beat crumlin in a tight affair and marys to sneak a tight affair also in dublin !! best of luck to all 4 teams
Jamie actually played for cork city in the first division as far as I can remember. In fact a lot of the top Msl players have played LOI.
To be fair to the lad he's a decent player, scores plenty of goals and is often deployed on the wing where he must be a defenders nightmare. Has pace and skill and knows where the goal is.
Think he's a good player alright, and has loads to talent, have to question his temperament and attitude, all il say he's one player you don't want when things are going bad or you have to go into the trenches with, because he'll go missing.ive experienced it,with his talent he could do loads but the later will hinder him.
His attitude ???Young fella doesnt miss training or matches when he is available. Being stationed in Limerick doesnt help. Give the young fella a bit of credit.
