ya apparently that was there number on the night they probably called up 16/17 players for the game so to get that amount of dropoffs is unlucky i presume work and family took no1 that night and injures.
That's bad preparation before the first game in the Oscar traynor nxt Friday night having only 12/13 players turn up out of 18 man panel is crazy, I dnt blame the manager here because I'm hearing 4 players out of 18 didn't contact management to say they wouldn't be there,

I would expect them to win 2 out of 3 games think willie Byrne huge player to backline and can get some a goal or two aswell think pa long and Colm Forde aswell with them 3 anything can happen just feel as tho Babsy or Shinkwin besides Byrne be better choice think lad cotter fancies himself a lot..Howie another big player he links up well with Johny C But who knows what will happen for all we know the bare 11 might even turn up one to watch I suppose
no evidence to back up anything
[QUOTE=tricksey;1843826]I'm sure jp and higgins will pick the best 16 available both experienced and winner medals behind them.
For what its worth my back four in a perfect world would be babbsy Wayne Willie Byrne and eoin o Keefe[/QUOTE
Babbsy won't be back till January. Cotter, willie,Wayne dunlae, eamon o Sullivan that be my back 4.
I haven't seen enough games at prem level to pick my 11 players but everyone's is going to be differant . So many things to take into account when picking a squad and in an ideal world it would be great to be able to pick the 11 best players but for lots of differant reasons it's not possible . All I know is that every guy that pulls on the cork aul Jersey will give it their all and I wish management and playing staff all the best . I will try and go see the games and lend my support Best of luck lads
I'm sure Higgins won't be picking you anyway Tricksey after you shafting him at Casement
Ucc a 1 carrigtwohill 4 fai junior cup . Very handy win for us

Çarrig and Innish will be a cracking tie always a good game of ball .
Some good games last year and only a kick of the ball between both sides . Tough but always fair games no malice which is good and I think both sets of players respect each other . Haven't seen ye play this year yet but all I've heard is praise in how good a side ye are and that ye after adding from last year looking forward to that game as it will be a gauge to see where we are at . Talk to you at game wishing ye best of luck for the season
