From what I've been hearing it sounds like Cobh will be back and hed be a very good player for them to have.
If Cobh are back, it means an 8 Div 1 again this year. Anyone know the story with the two Galway clubs from last season ? Will Salthill still play in Terryland under the strange name and in Galway maroon colours and have they and Mervue started pre-season yet ?

Davin O'Neill was IMO a victim of the Irish navy. He had all the attributes to make it big, but he may have taken the sensible option and fair play to him for that. He was always good for a goal, but last year just seemed to prove that the Premier was too far out of his reach.....not ability-wise, but in terms of committment.
