Yep from Raheen. Played underage with Limerick before joining UCD. I believe Limerick 19s got to some league final or something with him in the team.

Mahdy has been absolutely stink for a while now, attitude doesn't seem great but Tommy Barrett is the sort of manager who could revive him. You'd imagine he'll get plenty of minutes.
Dean George a huge loss to Treaty, not only his goalscoring but workrate and attitude.Mahdy an interesting addition ,loads of early career promise which has been on a steady decline.
Harps signed Conor Tourish and Success Edogun ….
Happy with Harps business today. Success is a big strong lad with a few goals in him. Tourish was our standout player in a brutal 2022 team and couldn't commit last year with family commitments. Great to have both on board.
Dundalk meant to be announcing at least 2, possibly 3 new players this week and possibly news on some contract extensions / 2024 players.
Kit / Sponsor launch also meant to be this week, so could be a busy period ahead.
Disappointed to see Edogun leaving, especially as Dean George is gone as well.
Still waiting for any indication that Treaty have more money to play with now that we have 'investors'.
Rob Cornwall is on the way back to Bohs according to the Indo, Dundalk and Waterford were interested too.
Enda Curran back at Treaty ,always good for goals in the First Division….
mccormack to dundalk a done deal?
No its still just rumour. Dundalk have gotten in to this announcing players as part of daily run in to Christmas, if weve actually managed to get any business done before christmas. Id like to think that players are signed and the info on it is zip, no leaks, to maximise the publicity, As with all rumours, and there are tonnes, until things get announced on Dundalkfc.com its not happening.
Cristian Magerusan from Longford rumoured to be going to us. Any use town fans?
He's a good player but has missed a lot of games through injury.
Jack Doherty signed for Cork City…
happy with that doherty signing. maguerson for sligo an interesting one. did he spend long on the treatment table this year for longford? any time i saw him he stood out, think hes excellent technically. those injuries seem like they are hard to shake off for him tho
Magerusan is a good player, but as mentioned above, really struggles with injuries. 39 appearances out of 70 league (and playoff) games between 2022 & 23 with us, only 21 of them when starting. Completed 90 mins only 8 times I think it is and was rarely (possibly never?) able to start 2 games in the space of 3 days on the odd occasion we had them.
In fairness, he had a better run of it in the second half of last season after missing most of the first half of the year, and finished up with 10 league goals which is a good return in a poor side. Definitely think with full time training and a consistent run of games he could be PD standard, but not one to be relying on to stay fit.
