Can a junior club sign a player from LOI once the LOI season is over, even if the junior transfer window is closed?
I assume they can as I heard rumours tonight that the Boro are due to sign Kevin Barry (Limerick U-21's), Thomas (Yellow) Lyons & John Tierney (both Limerick), as well as Shane Waters (Star)....................I've also been informed that Bobby Ryan (Limerick) will be signing with Pike once Limerick finish their season.
