I think Dorgheda sounds better.
Yeah spotted that myself alright.
Drogs have two games today it seems.

Yeah, big ditty from them there, we're actually at home to Dorgheda rather than Drogheda.
this can be seen as really funny or very unprofessional. does anyone have any contacts in RTE ? even the tea lady.... I presume ...sorry I'm sure that all aertel and internet pages are done by the same person and there is no proof reading done. ''sligo rangers'' is not a spelling mistake (dorgheda a simple typing error but NO PROFF READING WHICH IS REALLY CRAP ON THEIR BEHALF) and it's very difficult to imagine the conversation in the office. the person is either typing something from notes...badly written....or making it up or unbelievably absent minded..... ........seriously I think we can find the answer if anyone has any vague contacts in RTE. We all know who does what (and generally how things are done in our respective companies) so we could put this to bed ....or at least know the story of how these incredible ''mistakes'' are happening.
any inside contacts?
No first division results on results page last night or this morning although they still had result of FAI Cup game from Tuesday night up.
Derry City have been selected to trail the new midnight kick-off times.

Edit:
Everyone's allowed a go actually.

Typical. And if they didn't try it you'd all accuse them of not thinking outside the box...
Thought this was appropriate to post here; RTÉ's preview of this weekend's English (and Welsh) League Cup final: http://www.rte.ie/sport/soccer/engli...one-cup-final/
Quote:
Swansea and Bradford are gearing themselves up for one of the most unlikely domestic cup finals in living memory.
Ha, I see they've now deleted the word "domestic" from the review subsequent to me commenting on it.
