No way did Barry foul for that free kick...........terrible decision!
  :o The refs fault again SURPRISE SURPRISE
Never said it was the refs fault, if you bothered to read posts elsewhere about the game but that free kick wasnt a free kick but its part of football we'll get over it!!
Lads, the Hattrick thread is only 3 posts behind this thread after I will have posted this :(
it was a ridiculous decision.thats all.Quote:

but really what is your point.both team have the same officials.we know they are crap but start blaming the team not the officials.its every single gme you guys go on about the refs poor decisions. You think being an el fan you wud be used to their ineptness by now.Every game i expect these tools to make a mistake or 10 but they are equally as bad for both teams

it was simply pointed out that there was a bad call on a booking on barry ferguson and thats about the strength of it.
the players and management are responsible for our play, nobody else.
Oh and who signed 3 of our 5 strikers oh YES Matthews!!!Quote:

I am right though.I listen to valid arguements but Matthews a good manager you guys are aving a laugh. :D :D :D
No you dont listen at all......We posted about a free kick......and you turn it around as per usual!
Sonic, answer this.If matthews was sacked tomorow, who would you get to replace him?Its easy to say "oh,something needs to be done, sack matthews" but I havnt heard anyone come up with a good replacement and dont even think about saying pat dolan, hes a good manager but he bankrupts every club he goes to and thats the last thing that needs to happen to ltfc after all the hard work that has been done.I am not for matthews being sacked or against it but I know that something needs to change and if Jim Hanley decides that alan has to go and that he can bring in a suitable replacement then I will support that. But the fact is that if matthews goes, the likelyhood is that we will be taking a chance on whoever replaces him. There just isnt that many good managers in this country.Look at Bohs, they sacked Kenny last season because results werent going there way,now they are relegation candidates while kenny is challenging shels at the top with derry.Bohs are being laughed at for letting kenny go and I dont want to be in their position next year. There is noway you can say that matthews isnt a good manager. When he took over all we wanted was to stay up,it was the season after ballybofey and our team had been taken apart with the likes of stewie and mcnally leaving. He took over, built a whole new team, brought us to 4 cup finals, winning 4 of them, brought us to europe twice and gave us our highest league position
Agree but the answer will be turned around again.....
oh look the 900th post on the thread!
Vinny For Player manager you know you all agree

a win is a must
What you on about who wouldnt spend the money if given it.Like Peter Ridgedale at Leeds you can blame O' Callaghan for handing over cash that simply wasn't there at St Pats.Similar thing is happening with Rovers while Maguire has finally jumped ship like all cowards do.They had no money and yet were able to get players like Cameron Mccourt and co. The fact that the Fai gave those fools the licence and were even disputing our shows clearly the bias towards the dublin clubs and rovers in particular just because they av a big name. The point is what mngr will not buy players if the money is given.Im sure Hanley wont be that naive  :eek:Quote:
