wasnt it less than the cork city shels game. I think I heard a figure of 2700 mentioned somewhere?

That's a very poor attendance for the 'Big Dublin Derby'.
2784 I think was the official figure.
I'll check into that Galway discrepancy shortly.
Far as I can see bohs shot themselves in the foot with that one if they only gave rovers 850 tickets. Could have had 4-5000 there if they opened up another bit to away fans. I know segregation and such is a factor but surely there are ways around that.
But sure they weren't even occupying the full Des Kelly stand, only about 5/8 of it. I know segregation is an issue but they seem to go OTT. Could've had at least a few hundred more. Also, they've had reduced numbers in the Connacht side even since the issues regarding the closure. Stupid for any team to turn away fans of any other team (or to refuse to travel to another team for that matter).
probably about 400 tops at the bray v galway game..
its not Bohs decision fionnsci. If the cops, who have huge control over this fixture, say we cant allow Rovers into the jodi then our hands are tied. If we cant sell out the Jodi then thats our own fault but it is a seperate issue (by the way, if you take into account the overflow in bocks F&G, id estimate that the stand was around 3/4 full).
Our original allocation to Rovers was 450, we gave them an extra 400 that they asked for.
289 at Waterford United v Athlone lastnight as per extratime.ie.
2081 at City-Wexford last night.
About 400 in Finn Park tonight v Limerick
427 - Finn Harps v Limerick.
Derry City V St Pats 2,142
A poster on our forum reckons 150 approx for Salthill-Mervue
I'm struggling to see where these attendances for Salthill and Mervue are coming from. Being down in both Mervue and Salthill this year there seems to be only away fans in Salthill and a handful of Mervue fans in Fahys Field.
I was struggling to see where 427 for the game last Friday came from but didn't comment.
The attendances thread is nonsense in large swathes, I wouldn't let it bother you! :ball:
1,045 in OP tonight :(

1,600 estimate by Extratime.ie for Pats V Drogs although I thought it was less than that.
351 at Mervue/Cork according to extratime
930 in Terryland, big Rovers following
Many at the League cup Semi last night?
I know its not counted for 2011 figures but I cant see any crowds given for last nights games. I was at Drogs v Dundalk, looked to be up to 500 away support, not sure how to estimate the overall crowd as dont know how many the main drogs section holds, which was well over half full, couldnt see stand/clubhouse.
Anyone got figures for last nights games?
Echo says 324 at Wexford-City last night.
not a kick in the a*se off 2,000 I'd say
Based on €€ through the gate tonight over 1,000 at Town-Bohs more than likely.
Yes about 100 pigs as well!
Not a hope that it was 2,000.We had near 600 fans there and no way had yee got twice as many ?? 1500 is prob a far call even if both sets of supporters made it sound as if there was twice as many.
Hope yee are bringing "loads" up to OP on Tuesday but it i guess it will just be the usual 100 or so. :(
Taking the girlfriend?
(Oops meant sister)
I haven't seem any official attendance but I'd guess about 800 for Waterford United v St Pats.
2,484 at Tallaght Stadium last night for Rovers v UCD in the F.A.I cup according to extratime.ie which is not too bad for a monday night against an unglamorous side.
i had thought there would be a huge crowd to welcome the team home, but given the fact that it was a Monday and UCD thats pretty good in fairness
It was a fairly second-string XI I think, and given season tickets didn't count and given that you really couldn't blame people in this day and age saving for Kazan/Spurs/PAOK instead, yeah, it was a fairly good crowd alright.
