About 800 in the pouring rain at the RSC for Waterford v Drogheda last night
I'd agree with that.. very poor if you ask me.. about 80 or so drogheda fans and very little atmosphere! but the game was good :)

fair point and if dundalk make more money having their games on a thursday, let them have it on a thursday. we would of had another say 20/30 ppl if the match was on a friday - so no, it wouldnt have made up for loss of revenue.Quote:

According to the papers 4100 at the City vs Derry game. The torrential downpour beforehand didnt help.

We estimated 1000 in the RSC on Friday. Not too bad given the appalling conditions with a thunderstorm all day. All sections of the stand were reasonably full and about 20 poor (posssibly in both senses of the word?) souls stood out in the elements.
