free kick assist headed over keeper?
Yep. It wasn't a particularly special ball in. Keeper made a hames of it.

A good ball in I think, gave the keeper problems as if he should come and get it or not.
Perfect delivery really tempted the keeper out but he could not get to it, the ball delivered right where the keeper didn't want it to go.
Also good work my McClean earlier on to help create for West Brom..
best view yet. perfect delivery

Yeah, that's a fair take on it alright Tricky. It was put into a dangerous area and caused the keeper to look like a clown.
Dyche feels a full pre-season at Burnley will help Brady's performances - http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk...ll_pre_season/

Goal for our Robert away to Blackburn tonight.
Cracking free kick to equalise late on against Leeds and send the tie to extra time.

Cracking free kick! That is some left foot he's got there!
Spot on Danny, it was all or nothing. What do you reckon, Walsall? :D
Brady took his penalty in the shoot-out very well also, smacked it to the keepers left right into the corner. Hendrick came off at the start of extra time so he got a good run out. Kevin Long was fouled for the penalty which Chris Wood converted.
Exact same penalty as the one he took against France
A pity he couldn't get the ball above head height all night against Serbia.
Don't think he had a free kick v Serbia?
I think maybe he is better when the pressure is really on perhaps?
Anyhow the video has been deleted so I found another for us to admire, the wall broke a bit early but
a couple of big lads seemed to do their best to block it.

5.16 Robbie v Chelsea, great shot of it.
Good distance in the knee slide there too looks long enough to qualify for the Olympics I would say!

Robbie escapes ban for his effort against Ashley Williams .
The current system doesn't suit Brady. He was anonymous compared to his colleagues in midfield against Wales. Does he have the ability to play Wes' role? Probably. That would be my criticism of last Monday,
I think the issue is that he doesn't seem to know where he is to play. He was pinned on top of Christie for much of the first 20-30 minutes. It was frustrating.
I think he has the ability to play Wes' role but needs to be coached into it and afforded the experience of playing there.

Lovely strike.
taken off in the first half today with a serious injury: https://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/...ry-is-serious/
Hopefully Seamus will have kept his crutches.
Well not much news coming out on this, I'd guess there is some sort of damage but they are not too clear on what the problem is?
Is no news good news or bad news? I'd guess at the moment they can't determine precisely what the damage is which
suggest perhaps it is not the worst? I dunno, I guess I'll have to be more patient!
If it was ligament damage would they know by now?
Brady facing 4-6 months out with a patellar tendon tear and unlikely to play again this season: https://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/...tial-time-out/
Because the football gods are fond of irony, he's also been nominated for Premier League Player of the Month for November.

I see he went off injured at the weekend in the first half clutching his calf. At least it doesn't look like his knee was involved and appears to have been a tight hamstring https://www.thesun.ie/sport/football...njury-setback/
-Uninvolved today in Burnley's 3-1 extra time win over Aberdeen. Lots of Irish players involved though!
reportedly playing for burnley u23s this afternoon
played 83 minutes in a 3-0 loss: Brady's feeling good
Won't play at the weekend, but should appear for Burnley's U23s on Monday, and will play for the first team on Saturday week: https://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/...ere-for-brady/
Brilliant. Brady starts on the wing at home to Chelsea. Hendrick gets the nod too.
Straight red for a sliding tackle today. I thought it was pretty harsh.
Well now he has got a red he can go for a colour. Yellow presumably.
