Is it not a new holding company? That was my understanding anyway. We were banned from Europe for 3 years in 2010 for that reason.

And Derry were banned from the 2012/13 Europa League for going into liquidation in the previous three years too - https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/17116759
I don't see why you'd have a new name and holding company if all the debts were paid?
Anyways, time will tell. 32 years is certainly a long time to wait
Ourselves and Derry left creditors unpaid. If the creditors were paid fully, I'd be surprised if they don't get a dispensation.
I dont know that much about this stuff but if a club changes ownership, in particular changing an ownership model from a fan co-op eg to a Ltd company would a new holding company not be formed. I'd have thought that being barred from Europe really only comes in to play if a new club is formed having left debts of the previous company behind, hence why Derry had to wait 3 years before being eligible to go forward to European competition. In this case then Waterford should be give dispensation having changed ownership and holding company without avoiding paying creditors. The rule I presume is to discourage silly spending then folding and going again under a new company, if this is applied to Waterford then it is unfair as this wasnt the case and goes against the purpose for the rule imo.
Have RTE mentioned that Bohs are "the form team of the moment" yet?
Well this is a bit embaressing! Not having the nets pinned properly to delay ko....
Looks like Cork are going route one.
Surprised to see empty seats at one end of the Jodi...although maybe they've gone down to the other end, where there definitely look to be more people than seats.
I was going to ask that very question, do the 'singing section' of the bohs support cram in to one or two sections leaving another area look empty even though the stand is sold out. Similar to Dundalk fans in the shed or in Tallaght for European games. Should be managed better to prevent that type of overcrowding. Similar happens in the Aviva at the cup finals and resulted in the collapse of a number of seats when a goal was scored and there wasnt the room and people fell in the surge. Injury waiting to happen and impossible to police if the crowd is so tightly packed.
I swear to God, this game could put an insomniac in a coma.
McNulty is keeping Cork in this game.
I think it is quite an intriguing contest! Bohs have been very good 2nd half though lacking a bit of composure with the final ball bar the goal. Cork are not at the races as it is unless McNamee can make a difference now. Be gas if the answer to Cork being under pressure is McNamee and Sadlier.
What did the banner say.
Tick tock Caulfield.
Definite penalty for me. Studs up at knee height. The 'he got the ball' argument has been dead for years.
Could only have been given for studs up as he got the ball first clearly. Not sure tbh, not clear cut. How often do you see the additional assistants do anything - was it Rob Harvey by any chance??
*ok it was Tomney as just said on RTE.
Foot was high, but studs were away from the player. Not a penalty.
Cork fella kicked the Bohs player I thought. Hard to see how it could be a peno. Referees making an arse of both semis
