I watched this game also after hearing all the hype about the fai game,i must say the ref today was an absolute joke ,no excuses the msl had some one there and he was in disbelief,id say 14 yellow cards

Lads the ref that did the Ringmahon game is a very young referee and I'm sure that both sets of players took full advantage of the fact that he's abit of a novice. Can't lay all the blame at the refs feet either like.
My point was more about the fact that he's a novice referee aswell as been a young referee.
Then if he's a novice why did he get a big game like that one. Your gripe should be with the league for putting a guy who's not ready in charge of that game not the players.
Another slip up by ucc!! Ucc 1-1 Leeds
Peterpan: I've nothing against this ref or any ref but no matter how young he is then common sense must come in to it. He dished out yellow cards for nothing!! Surely a word in the ear would have been the correct action. If he started that way then instead of 10 yellows(roughly) he could have got away with 2/3! He was far to quick to go to his pocket. I just hope he learns from it and so do the MSL who had a committee member there. 2 strong sides out there today
Absolutely scandulous some of his decisions today. It was embarrassing. It wasnt even a dirty game he nearly made it one tho
I wasn't at the game so I don't know what went on. But I've seen both teams this season and neither side are angels. Always gonna be a hard game for the ref
Even though we won yesterday i thought the ref was also poor in our game, the league really should start looking at what games their giving bad referees
Have to say that the ref ye had yesterday is one of the better refs in the league
Ballinhassig 2-1 casement
1-1 midleton douglas....very positive for midleton considering last weeks cup final...kick on now and get first win.
I think hall will go down if the dont win very soon. Midleton have one point from 3 and hall have 2 points from 4 after playing 3 at home already..
Whats going on up there does anybody know?
Bandon hall midleton ..2 out of that 3 i think
Great result for marys yesterday after there defeat last week to bandon.
I think Everton could go down I know looking at the table they had a brilliant start but I wasn't to impressed when I saw them. Then it's anyone from Bandon Midleton hall Leeds,it will be very tight this year as there's nothing between some of the teams it'll all come down to the strength and depth of each squad.
Ya Hall are under pressure but I fancy them to improve. Leeds could get sucked in. Everton and St Mary's have got off to great starts and will be fine having struggled last season.
I was at the Mary's game yesterday. They were superb to be fair, you couldn't fault them for effort and deserved the win against an up and down Rockmount team. Some of mounts players are very average and would struggle to get into other teams. Some guys are just up there to say they played for Rockmount. Does that really mean much anymore?
Mary's look like a good side this season and bringing in Deci Daly to an already good management will only help things.Despite all the turmoil in rockmount there still in the right side of the table considering they only had 7 players when billy took over that's an achievement in its self.Corinthians without playing any matches are now looking like the only side who could stop Dales dominance,it's only 1/4 way through and we are talking like this, I was hoping UCC would get there stuff together but are just to inconsistent.
Any transfer news with the opening of the window Monday lads ?
I'd say the level of B/S that's going to be spewed on this forum over the next 8 weeks will reach biblical proportion .
Let the games begin ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Word out there is Douglas hall could lose a few. Any truth in this ?
Transfer merry go round in full swing already MSL and AUL and the window hasn't even opened yet.
Moorsey deserves more respect than that plus by looking at their squad not many options for the majority of them, junior maybe?/
Couldn't agree more with you. But unfortunately that's not the way these young superstar players are these days. I think they'll be ok. He might just have to put his boots back on and show a few of his lads how to do the talking instead of stirring :) things with there buddies
I'm not stirring obviously a huge fan of Moorsey as a player as was i but i cant see why as a manager ,He has taken the hall from a team challenging for intermediate cups in 2008 and the league in 10/11 season to a team that hasn't challenged really for any trophy since then
They currently have 2 points from 12 and still have to play mount dale cors home or away and have ucc away
Most of that squad has been picked by Moorsey so if the standard of players isn't good enough then that lies of moorseys shoulders
I have seen managers get sacked for less
Lads for fellas to be criticising a club like the hall on this forum to me is madness, they are good honest hard working club, they tried the loi route with biscuits and it didn't work. They've gone back to one of there own now, will they win the league, no. Will they stay, yes
If they had no spine to hold onto a very big lead (something like 8 or 9 points) and go on and win the league 3 years ago then I really wudnt fancy them to survive a relegation scrap, who knows what will happen but if they are defeated sunday they are in big trouble
I wouldn't be panicking yet either if I was the hall. Also hawk if you look at the players they lost from then at least 4 top top players gone , any team would struggle.
Spot on i suppose. Lost 4 big players in last 3 seasons. They had to promote a few juniors but doesnt seem to be working at the moment. Not saying there bad players but not clicking at the moment. I do think they'll be fine but i thought that to about blarney awhile back. It will be the closes relegation battle ever i think!!!
Couple odd results in the second division this weekend.!
I have 2 forms and there burning a hole in my pocket!
Ucc looked pretty good, avondale were about what you expect.they always looked in control and ready for a good run at the cup again.
Wish chilloutref payed as much attention to his grammer as the msl, frightening to read even at 3 in the morning, a few....... And ,,,,, don't go astray
I'm hearing Andrew badacker cobh to casement, Alan o Flynn cobh to Midleton and James Carson cobh to rock mount.
Obviously these moves are just until jan.
