Rankin can't bat or bowl. Hence why he can't play for the butchers aprons anymore. I know our players speak highly of him, but I never thought he was great. His bowling in the last World Cup was awful.
West Indies took a serious hammering from SA this am. Give us a bit of an edge on the NRR if we can put up some type of performance against them ourselves. Our bowling is going to have to improve!

I might be on my own but I shout for England in the cricket when I'm not shouting for Ireland - especially with one of our own as captain - christ the abuse from the Brit media is, as per usual, disgusting - I hope he sticks away 100 tomorrow and England win.
Always supported England in cricket, especially against the Windies and Aussies. Have no time for Australia as they are ott wannabe brits, and the Windies, back in the 90's, were always just short of picking up something and splitting you.
