Callan Scally, Kalen Spillane, Matt Keane, Sean Kennedy, Andy Quaid, Alex Ainscough, Trpimir Vrljicak and Sean McGrath have either League of Ireland experience or senior experience elsewhere. That's 8 out of the current squad of 18 announced. Seems a sensible enough mix of experience and youth then from youth teams of recent years.
For all the justified criticism of the sponsorship rates being sought, a number of well-known local companies have come on board:

Kennedy Amechi called up to an Ireland U19 domestic assessment today:

Just receive a customs charge of €20 for a €75 hoddie off the online shop from a club 5miles from my house. Bit of a joke to be fair. Won’t be purchasing off it again
Seem to be using DHL as their delivery company - when you click on the home jersey, for instance, the shirt itself is €65, and they then add on €10 for postage, no shortage of sports shops in Tralee they could be working with between Hennebery's, John Dowling and Elvery's, to name but three.
The hoodie has the same price structure, so like EYG, would have thought the delivery would cover all charges without any customs?
Think it’s been sent from the US. Either way, farcical, 13 days since purchase still not received and a customs charge of €20. No discounts or free delivery on any items for season ticket holders.
Echo interview with Spillane - seems he didn't return to the LoI sooner because he works night shifts, but Kerry won't worry either way:

Cobh terrace tickets just released - general admission €15, students/OAPs €10, under-12s €5, which suggests stand tickets will be €20.
The batch sold out in two hours, which is always a good sign, hopefully the interest will remain in July and August if/when fortunes are tougher!
An Open Day on Sunday. Good opportunity for families. Things are starting to take shape.
That’ll be key! Any idea of total season ticket sales up to know? I know most are in the terrace like myself
When you go on the website, around 270 seats are grayed out, but as mentioned on the season ticket thread before, how many are actually "sold" or simply reserved for sponsors will require a breakdown. I'm sure before Friday week, Ivan will tweet the final numbers including the terrace, even if purely to know how many seats will be available on the night itself.
Leo Gaxha signs from Sheffield United. Great signing.
And perhaps given all the local media will presumably be in attendance this evening, there'll be some details as to how many have been sold thus far.
