There's being poor and there's losing 5-1 in the Faroes in fairness. They drew at home against Feyernoord in the third round last year though, so they're not that bad (they did lost 4-0 away)

KÍ are only relevant if Dundalk get through, but yes they will be no pushovers.

Sheriff or Dundalk v KÍ or Dinamo Tbilisi for a place in the groups is actually the kind of tie I thought we'd see more regularly with EL2. Though it seems it won't quite work that way.

I thought he improved second half, but then he was all over the place for that high cross. You never turn around to follow the ball FFS - basic footwork.

Overall I think Sheriff are slightly the better of two largely ineffective teams. But the game is still very much in the balance.

Nail on the head here. Good individuals, but as a team they're there for the taking. Come on Dundalk!

The Dan Kelly special there. Used to do that move all the time at Bohs. We can't keep wasting opportunities like that or we'll regret it.

I don't know how a team like Sheriff can actually train given the amount of nationalities in the squad (many of whom seem to have only joined this year). Do they use English as a lingua franca? And I'd say if they don't sell their players within a year or two, they'll let them go and bring in someone else they've a better chance of flogging.

I haven't a clue but who would you be looking at for the 5 penos. No colovic. Duffy and shields and hoban? No one standing out to inspire confidence

That might be standard in European games though. Wouldn't necessarily translate to training.

I like when Kabic gets the ball. Commentator goes mad and it sounds like "garbage", so he's giving out about them. "Garbage, garbage, GARBAGE!" Jays, it's not that bad - he's just gone past two of them like

I especially liked the way he was rolling the r in Murray's name earlier. We could do with a bit of that in LMFM...

The commentator is saying that the players dont know the rules but I think rules means moves in this instance.

I was given out to in Russia for not rolling my rs. Brought up on it instantly and made practice. Russian (I presume it's Russian he's speaking) is a great language.

Sheriff are absolutely atrocious. This is almost comical to watch.

And to be fair, he pronounces Hoban how it should be pronounced :p

I learned a spot of Czech back in the day. They've a similarly tricky pronunciation of r. Lovely language too tho.
