Yeah we beat Leeview 5-2 at the weekend. They're level on games with 3 to play and 5 points behind Rathcoole. Would be a big ask for Rathcoole to lose 2 and Leeview win their remaining 3, was expecting a lot more from them last Sunday!

Congratulations to cfc banteer on last night victory in the Saxone cup final, deserving winners against a crescent team that were flat on the night, crescent can still be upbeat about their season to date league title in the bag, agree with jryno Pallas the centre midfielder of banteer is a class operator and could easily play at a higher level.
If he(Pallas) was living up in the city a lot of senior league teams would be looking at him, handy crowd at the cross for the game considering the conditions, donaldihno think the comment about crescent not being as good as people made them out to be was a bit harsh,I've seen them 4 times this season and they've been exceptional I work with one of their players and they are far from arrogant or cocky, they had a bad day at the office last night and too their credit to a man they all stayed out on the pitch for the presentation.
Relax there lads!!
What I said was i was exspecting better from what I saw,of course there a good team.they won there league with some very good teams in it..
People on here saying there a premier team playing in div 2..that's wat I was judgeing them on..
I'm sure there manager and players will say they didn't perform to there maximum..
As I said it's my first time watching them..I'm not bashing them as a team or club, always good to see a team try to play ball which they did
Congratulations to tower on their league win. Very strong side and should fly up the divisions if they can keep the squad together which they should when they are all from there. Congrats too to banteer on their cup win last night, enjoy the celebrations!
Was at the crescent vs banteer game, think donaldinho got it spot on, crescent very poor. Poor standard in that league if they are champions.

Crescent are a decent team, It's very hard to judge a team when you only see them once. Everyone is entitled to have an off day. Crescent were after all going for a treble which is a great achievement for a team. They are still in the City Challenge and in the semi-final against Glen B. So they are still in with a shout of doing a double. They were just beaten by a better team on the night. Can't take it away from Banteer though they were very good by all accounts.
Crescent are over rated. Not a bad side at all but when people on this forum know the manager and a few players they post about them building them up and all of a sudden what's being said becomes fact. They are an experienced side so they get results against these very weak teams whereas other teams don't do that. In saying that, I bet they will win division 1 next year too. Division 1,2,3 there is little or no difference. There's mid table division 1 teams who if they were playing in 3 they would still be mid table.
