That's true alright. Though can they play that well consistently? And what'll happen if they get a few injuries?Quote:

McDonagh
Molloy
Kenny
All suspended for Friday!
I'm not going to pretend that I'm disappointed about that, but I'm still very nervous about the game. Huge pressure for both teams. I think this poll should be reset after the weekend.Quote:

Yeah, if I was a Rovers fan I wouldn't be too worried. With 20/33 games played you've earned 21 points (and lost 8). About a point a game which would leave you on about 25 or 26 points if you keep up that form. Hard to see Harps catching that total. Hopefully we can get the bit of confidence back and start to pick up the points we need. We've got Rovers home and away and Harps at home. Three massive games, though hopefully we'll be safe enough by the second Rovers game, though it comes immediately after Derry away and Cork at home.
I always had a feeling that Rovers and Harps would leap-frog over Waterford, but after last night's result at the RSC I'm certain of it. Waterford for Division One.
I have to agree with you Passive. Rovers only had 3 players from the team of a few weeks ago - Murphy, McDonnell and Rutherford. We were missing so many players and still managed a victory. There's still a long way to go but at least Harps have a goalscorer and he might singlehandedly keep them up.
I hope a Dublin team goes down, and as I like UCD there are two options remaining: Rovers and Pats. I voted for the one I like least of those: Pats.
Though it wouldn't surprise me to see both of them go down. Think Harps will save themselves this time. Don't ask me why, it's pure intuition (and maybe some wishful thinking)
To go up: Sligo and Dublin City
Who picked UCD & why? Thats a joke. Have you even been following the eircom league this year?
Waaaherfur are sinking like a stone. No money, no fans, crap players, crap ground. Cheerio
Would've said Harps up til saturday as they were the worst team id seen this season when we played them in united park. Played well on saturday though and they might just have enough graft in them to stay up. So I reckon waterford could go down.
Rovers will defo stay up (and will finish at worst, 3rd from bottom)
I think if waterford had someone to put the ball in the net
they would have taken the three points on Friday!
Plus two penalty decisions went against them the first was a definite penalty
You cant legislate for that!
So I would say Rovers,Waterford and Harps can all still go
Especially since avoiding relagation sometimes comes down to who has the momentum near the end of the season not now!

How many times have I said it?
Most important match this season will be Harps-Bray at Finn Park in November. I'm telling you. Hopefully we'll be safe but I've got a funny feeling bout that match....
Waterford are by far the worst team Ive seen so far this season and Im certain they will be relegated. Hopefully Harps can get out of trouble. I'd have to go with Bray to be in the play off.
Eanna, what the fvck is wrong with you? I know the tone you said it in and then you have the cheek to come crawling back to me or any one of us on the BTID website and be all love dovey.Quote:

Its a pity that small & narrow minded arrogant twits like you cant see the bigger picture and are taking pleasure in seeing us in our current predicament. :D
ive added shels
without fenlon in charge anymore after he got sacked last night and the way they performed i fear for their survival
will they win another match this season??
We don't need to hear your about your personality difficulties on this site, go and see a psychiatrist please.Quote:

Hardly controversial...
get over yourself. I've said time and again that I'd love to see Waterford (or any munster club) have a strong team and challenge for honours, but your club is a mess. Its unfortunate, but its fact.Quote:

waterford im afraid are gone theres no way on earth that they can stay up. harps for the playoff spot and will lose to sligo rovers in a playoff!
I don't know about other City fans, but I hope ye guys stay up. I know the RSC is'nt a nice ground, but I love going down there for Munster Derbys. Their is always a great athmosphare down there and thats what makes derbys special. I think ye will find it very hard to stay up.Quote:

They are an awful team. Everything went wrong after Ger O'Brien left. You cant sell all your best players and expect to stay up.
The reason I say Waterford is becuase they are the only team between Rovers, Harps and themselves that look like they stuggle to put the ball in the net.
Positives - for them are Colm Heffernan and Mulcahy.
Negatives - ****e stadium for creating winning atmosphere and no money.

id say if they were in the initial poll they could well have picked up alot more votes
most people have already voted on this, so the vote isnt really true reflextion
im convinved more ppl would vote for shels
:D
Would like to see harps stay up but not looking good , looking like a battle of the Rovers in the playoff with Shams staying up due to controversial referreing decisions.
shams? who? never heard of themQuote:
