Yeah, but being a scout/agent is totally contradictory to the good of the league, imo.Quote:

Is dreadful for the league. No wonder attendances are awful when people see this sub human whinging about everything.
In summary complete filth.

Rennie loves being unpopular,he thrives on it :D .In the recent game v St Pats he was on the bench as was suspended again and twice the ball came to him before St Pats were taking a throw and he threw it behind him on to the athletics track to break up their moves or waste time.I thought it was a bit daft when it was still 0-0 but typical Rennie!
Most unpopular player for me probably Trevor Molloy for runing half the lenght of the field to abuse match officials at RSC last season and personality Olly Byrne for pettiness, bitterness and causing trouble in the Eircom League.
Any particular reason why he's a "RAT, no good sly, sneaky w@nker" ?Quote:

Olly because he acts like some sort of medieval fedual overlord. Woe betide anyone who should dare disagree with him and his little empire. I genuinely think the guy has anger management issues and, whilst he's very good for Shels, he'd happily feck over the rest of the league in the blink of an eye if it gave his club even the most miniscule of advantages. He should be over in Afghanistan ruling a small bum-feck region full of poppy planst in the middle of nowhere (though given his previous convictions for shifting moody cigarettes, he probably is... :p ).
Roddy because I just think he's bad fullstop. The guy had one good season with Bohs and everything else he's touched since then has turned to shoite. He's all mouth and no substance, and his managerial style amounts to little more than trying to buy his way out of trouble. Given the limited resources all Irish clubs have, that makes him a very dangerous person for any team daft enouhg to get sucked-in by his perma-hype...
Didn't he bite Stephen Ward's ear in Dalymount?
That's not gamesmanship or taking pressure off the rest of his team-mates, that's just a scumbag thing to do (and dangerous with it)
Every club/player has them so it's going to be pretty hard to uproot all that.Quote:

Was taken off the only time he came back to the Cross when he was with Rovers because he was so intimidated out by the crowd.
That little scmbag can give it, but he sure cannot take it....
It's obvious that Bray fans are blind to Devo's conflict of interest, so we'll leave it as an agree to disagree for the sake of the thread....Quote:

Maybe you should - he might snap up young players and send them to Barclays in the UK?Quote:

I just did'nt like how kenny handeled the suitation, and from hearing Robbie's side of the story and other players at Bohs at the time (some are still there) Kenny was bang out of order with some of the things he said and done.
Alan Kelly - Useless clown of a ref
Paul McKeown - Same
Pat Dolan - Does he need a reason?
Trevor Molloy - after his smashing career at Shels and for generally being woefully over rated
Bohs - Just in general :)
I'd hate Roddy Collins if he wasn't such great entertainment value. Once he's never let near Shels and never taken seriously he's fine.
Devlin - for the reasons stated already
Gotta be Paul Deering (propably only Div 1 fans know the cnut Im on about!)
HATElist (in order of hate-itude):
Ollie Byrne (No. 1 by a long way)
Pat Fenlon
Eamonn Collins
Jamie Harris
Owen Heary
David Crawley
Richie Baker
Jason Byrne
Joey Ndo
Colin Hawkins
Dave Rogers
Hmmm, bit of a theme emerging here... :)
Chairman- Ollie Byrne
Manager- Roddy Collins/Dermot Keely
Asst Manager- Eamonn Collins (suprised no one else has mentioned him)
Players-
Colin Fortune
Stephen McGuinness
Dave Rogers
Maurice Farrell
Eddie Gormley
plus special mention for Wes Houlihan because the fella is just to skilful for his own and everyone else's good.
I take it you don't like us too much. :DQuote:

I'd have to say Ollie, Jason Byrne, Dave Rogers, for latter-day offences and maybe Tony O'Dowd for the memories. And Wilfred Wallace was a right hate figure. Made Jim O'Neill seem like Kim Milton Neilsen.
Macy, what Irish player ever went to Barclays? <evil grin>
Roy Keane and Daryl Murphy are the two most recent high profile ones, Devo had nothing to do with Keane's, think he was giving advice to Murphy ?Quote:

But, to use a phrase overheard at Bohs recently, Frodo is an awful moany-hole. I kinda can tolerate some Roddy, but lately you can't get away from his on telly and radio because he's a lazy sound-bite, and so that's another record that could do with changing.
twas a joke....... :)Quote:

What was so wrong with Murphy's move ? in fariness Waterford needed the money quite a lot, even his fee has'nt sorted out there financial problems. Murphy has no football connections with Devo so naturally as a business man Devo would have wanted to get the best deal for himself possible, the more money Murphy was sold for meaning the more monet he earns. I think 100k was about right for Murphy IMO. Don't think he did anything wrong here.
Or is it the fact that he got Murphy a move accross the water ?
'dessie baker, and (although he is gone now) jim roddy'
How could I have forgotten about Jim Roddy :o - f**king a**ehole - glad he's gone
No dont get me wrong i really like bray, i go to the odd match if i can, but i just dont particularly like Eddie and Maurice thats all (i dont think i would be alone on that).Quote:

Which scenario does Devo most feature in?
Farrell was a nasty lad in his day, some of his tackles were pretty violent. Gormley was just competitive IMO.Quote:

Devo businessman now that's the best joke i have ever heard. Devo's best friend/s are the Duff family now where were they 20 years ago and were are his friends from 20 years ago???????? Devo knows were his bread is buttered and its cash not white bread. Not getting at you Roo69 so don't think i am its just you don't really know Devo. he'd send his sister over to the UK if he thought he could make money out of her.
Well i know which one most people would put Devo into........Quote:

IMO, i would say it's 9 times out of 10 the 2nd one. eL clubs are quite like lower division clubs in england weather we like it or not, if a player is good enough then he will be destent for bigger and better things, and if someone who knows both sides of the game inside out can help them try get the best deal possible for the player and club then i don't see a problem in that.
Anyway, we could go on for hours about this one, lets just say that we agree to disagree :D
On other posts, Mo Farrell is a legend ! as is Eddie Gormley, 2 players that gave everything when they played, very loyal players as well. a lot of time for both players. And yeah Mo is a qualo sparks, our floodlights went a month or so back, match was just about to be called off until Mo, Mo super Mo got them back working
Pat Devlin (for reasons detailed above)
Pat Dolan (one of the most irritating people I've observed from a distance, see him dancing around after Pats beat us 2-1 a few years ago is still one of the most annoying things I've seen)
Pat Fenlon (don't know why really, just annoys me)
Maurice Farrell (a thug and a scumbag, attempts to injure our players two games in a row and challanges fans to a fight)
Player: Olli€ Cahil
(ex)Manager: Pat Dolan
Board member: Ollie Byrne
Referee: Stokes
Pundit: Noel King
Team $hels
Annoying Kids Bray or Shels
i dont like pat scully....cheats lies etc
felix healy is pathetic...a sore loser too
don o riordan sickens me...
noel king is noel king
I'm surprised Louis Kilcoyne and Tony McGuire haven't been mentioned yet.
They're joint bottom in my opinion.
I don't know if you could put McGuire quite on the Kilcoyne level but yeah they'd probably be on mosts most hated list, and a fews most loved list :p
Kilcoyne needs to go into the all-time Hall of Shame....Quote:
