What clubs and has it been confirmed by committee / club members, obvious guess would be the two townies Ennis town / Avenue or Shannon Olympic very early in season to be making managerial changes

i'm not at liberty to say Old Git as they are only rumors , and i'm not one to spread rumors .
Shannon Town C 0-3 Shannon Town B
Com on the town :)
Shannon Town b 1-1 Shannon Town c :) 2 teams in a division can work
how do you figure that out after only two games  i'd still be wary of b or c team putting in the extra effort to beat other teams at end of season if it could help either b or c winning league ... any idea how it works with players signed can c team players move up to b team and can b team players transfer down ?
As far as I know c players can play with the b team. Once they play 5 games with the b team they automatically become b players. Players signed with the b team can't play with the c team but they can transfer during the transfer window. Watched the game the other day and both teams gave it everything. No holding back at all. Also the entertainment was great. Especially from the comical genius that is Frankie coote
I think possibly a few people might have thought that Town C would be the whipping boys of the division, already showing that they aren't going to be with some excellent results with Town B being up there with Hibs and judging from results and also what I've seen maybe Lifford as favourites to win the division out
Ya I've seen lifford b playing they look too strong for 3rd division alot of good young players and a handful of old..having said that I don't know what hibs are like if someone could shed some light..
hibs 7772
you must be watching a different Hibs to Me .. interested to hear what players you would consider premier standard ?? the obvious one is leahy and that's it in my Opinion ... beaten today In Fai by Rieanna who were missing 4 first team players and all Hibs preimer players could not beat them ;)
long season to go yet don't be getting to confident yet ... lots of football to be played yet and the 3 points lost to Olympic objection may cost them at end of season
Hibs missing 4 first team players yesterday. Completely out played rineanna for the majority of the game. Rineanna scored against the run of play and their jack Charlton style football held out till the end. Not a bad performance against a very strong second division side. Hibs may well lose 3 points but it has not happened yet. Sad to see the objection from Olympic b after they getting battered by hibs. Still 3 points will be very hard to come by for them this season so they might as well go for it :ball:
Agree Hibs probally better team on the day and the odd jack Charlton style by Hibs up to leahy is an option not used enough at times.
Who were the 4 first team players Hibs were missing ..?? clutching at straws now trying to class Rineanna as a very strong 2nd Division team ;) the 3 points are gone unfortunately Hibs made a mistake playing suspended player and rules are in place by league.
OT game abandoned in 2nd half. Broken leg for Enda Craddock from Coole FC. 2 1 Clare were up against Shannon Town.
clutching at straws now trying to class Rineanna as a very strong 2nd Division team ;)
Apologies to Rineanna excellent away win today to inter kenmare Kerry Premier Division in fai ..
also Good wins for Olympic A beating Fenit ( who Beat the Mighty town A In last round) and Coole-Avenuve Beating shannonside / Newcastle west rovers of the Desmond league
Watched 3rd division shield final Saturday and found it a very entertaining game..shannon hibs losing 5-1to a b team is shocking really considering that's their strongest team in the club..
My point exactly 😀
Hi lads, Clare came out to play Desmond yesterday in a challenge match for the Oscar Traynor, would any of ye know the result?
It was 2 nil to Clare.
That is a poor excuse second..still think a club like hibs should not have lost to a B team by that margin..It's embarrassing imo
A club coming into the clare league to make a impact why else would they be in it??..yes gary is a good player but if you are relying on one player something is wrong..imo the result would have been the same maybe not the score line..
Fatronaldo
I think Hibs winning the shield would have been a bonus for them but they might be more concerned with making your impact with winning league or just getting Promoted couple of teams still in the 3rd division Who are previous shield winners ?
gary on his day is to good for the 3rd Division and a serious addation to Hibs when he is Available
I agree that lifford probally would have won final on 2nd half performance only and helped big time by Hibs collapse.
On a more serious note just spotted a fixture on league website for next Wed night in county grounds Olympic A V Newmarket A who have already met in the league ?? we are all waiting for the Big one Town A V Newmarket :ball:
Newmarket needed a game because they have a free weekend that weekend for S Kellys wedding.
Olympic obviously agreed to it. Shannon town v Newmarket
games will be towards end of season I suppose a cliff hangar for the league
Clare league fairly hammered hibs for illegal player v olympic b. six points deduction and 100 euro fine anybody else think it extremly harsh? I cant think of any other teams receiving them same punishment from league for playing illegal player.
I heard they appealed it to Munster football association and list again so now it's €300 I'm told
It's in the rule book so it probably is right. However the player that was suspended served his 1 match automatic suspension. Hibs heard nothing from the league about a further 2 games so he came on as a sub at half time against Olympic b. Game finished 6-2 to hibs. The league claim they sent an email to the club informing of the further 2 game suspension, an email that hibs never received. Hibs were hardly trying to cheat putting the player's name on the match card in a local derby. I think common sense would be to give the 3 points to Olympic and leave it at that.
Sidecutter, common sense i think everybody would agree 3 point deduction and fine would be enough would be very intrested to know how many other clubs were deducted 6 points for same offence by league? As for league rules three rules currently being broken and ignored by clare league.
