Robbie Williams signs one year deal with Limerick.
Have heard Paul O Connor could happen despite interest from elsewhere but Sean Russell is likely leaving. Wouldn't blame Sean for moving on. He had some bey bad games but in fairness to him I've seen a lot worse for us over the years and in the last few games he put in a good shift for us. Didn't really deserve as much abuse as he got.
Twitter's Pat Flynn guesting for LTFC in 2016.
As much as it wasn't deserved for him to be slagged off I don't think too much actually happened one game of people shouting to take him off at Martin and twice cheered when he was taken off. Now its horrible for a young lad I am sure and he didn't deserve it but more so on Twitter it was been blown out of all proportion. Have to give it to him though he handled it brilliantly and instead of going off on a sulk he worked even harder and put in his better performances after it.
Keeping O'Conor would be huge think he was massively under-rated.
Thought O'Connor was anonymous up till mid July and then in August he just came alive. Was like a new signing.

Interesting appointment.
Unusual CV for a LOI manager, a Royal Marine who did two tours of duty in West Belfast.
Interesting. He'll be popular with a certain element in Derry.
Time to get the Setanta Cup back up and running
Aye, and when the Derry management felt ok about calling Adams and Rodgers English cnuts in The Showgrounds, you can imagine what will happen in The Brandysmell.

nice squad coming together in the deep south.
Great to have beattie on board for next season, chipped in with a few goals and hopefully more to come next year. Also looking like Buckley, holohan and Sullivan will be signing back too.
Being linked with chambers and bermingham from pats. Does Caulfield want us to finish fourth?
Sshh. You might upset some of jc's deciples. Hopefully he changes his way of thinking and plays players in their natural positions. Be brave jc be brave.
Holohan renewal confirmed.

Caulfield has 2 2nd place finishes including a chance on the last day to win the league and a cup final. Meanwhile Dundalk are one of the best teams the league has seen in quite some time. How much more could have been asked of Caulfield? Reading some of the comments on here you'd swear Cork had been knocking around mid table- which is where they were when he came in.
