Judging by the reaction of both saints and pike lads after the game it certainly wasn't the priority and I think it was reflected in the standard / pace of the game alsoQuote:

Saints got walkover 1st round from dunnmanway and there was a couple of other walkovers last year as well as this year , as I said earlier its a good idea but just not a priority for the bigger clubs it reminds me of the Munster senior cup where the junior clubs had no real interestQuote:

We played a friendly there on Wednesday evening under the lights the pitch was immaculate!!
has the parking improved out there, the last time I was out there was a few years ago and you could only park on the main road and everyone got parking tickets, does this still happen

Pitch top class,will fit over 50 cars inside ground,never heard of people getting tickets for parking outside.
50 easily and the parking tickets is definitley not true,
as I said it was a few years ago, and im sure other people will come on and say the same, parking on the main road and every car a ticket. it was either Limerick fc or Fairview fc game, playing out there in some competition. forget who they were playing.Quote:

Pike never looked in danger they seem to be getting stronger, who was the big guy that came on left full for pike?
I thought pike deserved the win they played some super football..Brendan's had them under pressure for last 15 mins of first half but really needed to score in them 15 mins .. But in fairness pike keeper hadn't a save to make all game.. Must say the Brendan's left back was very impressive..
Pike fully derserved it , Brendan's needed a goal from that 15 minute phase before half time but Pike were much the better team . Brendan's left back is only 17 , great performance by such a young player .Quote:
