Purchased this today, quality.
Standard jersey without a logo (or a box) was €60 when I got mine or €54 with the 10% discount, voucher available at http://soccerrepublic.eircom.net/strip-reveal/.
Sorry for reopening this thread again but is the Westmoreland St Shop the only one in Dublin that does shirt printing or are their others around Dublin?
Thanks in advance for the help.
There are a few sponsorless 2010 shirts for £25 in Sports Direct in Bristol if anyone happens to be in the area. It looks great without the blob, pity we changed to the new one.
Is the current home jersey the one that the team will be wearing next summer or will they be releasing a "new improved" design in time for the Championships?
Just wondering as buying one as a Crimbo present and don't want to get one that will be out of date next year.
According to Hector this morning the FAI have confirmed that the current home jersey will be the one used for Euro 2012.
Edit: From the FAI website....
Note to Ireland fans on Umbro kit
Tuesday, 29 November 2011 16:58 | International - Senior Men
The FAI would like to take this opportunity to inform all Ireland fans that the senior team will continue to wear the current Home kit for the 2012 European Championships. With the Christmas period coming up and presents being purchased so we wanted to clarify the situation for you all. There will be a new range of Umbro Training, Bench, Travel and Leisure product for 2012 which will launch around March (as usual). We urge all Ireland supporters to purchase only official Umbro merchandise as this guarantees money will go back into grass roots football. This investment by Umbro in Irish football helps the FAI develop and nurture the future talent that will no doubt be inspired by the Republic of Ireland's participation in the 2012 European Championships.

Shouldnt have required any confirmation. They announced this at the time the jersey was first put out. If they decided to change their mind now = very unhappy bunch of fans.
Its probably going to be the best selling Irish jersey since 2002.
This site is selling them for slightly cheaper than you'd get them in Ireland, although just noticing now that their prices have gone up since the play-off victory over Estonia: http://www.irishsoccershop.com/collections/home-kit
I got my long-sleeved jersey on there for $51.99 with postage from to Manchester from the US costing $14.00. Converted to about €49 or £42 overall, which was unbelievable value. Was suspicious of the site until the jersey actually arrived. I see they're selling the long-sleeved ones for $69.99 now though, not including postage costs.
Is it possible to get the black away jersey without the 3 logo anywhere?

I came across this a while back: http://www.cheapsoccercleatsshoes.co...sey-p-324.html

I'm not sure if that's a genuine Umbro replica though. The green strip looks both lighter and shinier than what you'd get in a genuine reproduction.
I came across it actually as well in google images when getting a picture of the jersey I was talking about. Yeah, the green isn't nearly as nice I don't think.
the badge on that looks a bit like a fake tbh...
also their Italian club ones look a bit off colour

wasnt a big fan of either home or away kit at the start but the more i see it I think they are both nice kits.. some of the polo shirts ive seen have been a very good quality too, id imagine more will be released prior to June
Lillywhites in central London are selling last years home top (the 2010-11 one, which debuted vs Brazil at the Emirates) for £25 and about half the stock is sponsorless (the other half is with "eircom") - they have about 2-3 sponsorless of size 48 (XL) and 4-5 sponsorless of 44 (tight L) left, possibly smaller sizes too..
There's no Mediums left.
I got the last one. :)
Picked up a couple of sponsorless shirts at Lillywhites too. They and Sports Direct are missing a trick selling them at the same price as the shirts with Eircom/3 on them. Snap up those bargains whislt you can!
Anyone know if we're getting a new home kit for the WCQ?
Swapped my shirt for a Poland shirt in Poznan, just wondering now if I should buy another one or wait for a new kit?
I'd say we will but it won't be til the end of this season (June 2013). Will probably be launched in time for the last few games of the qualifying campaign.
Aye, we'll definitely continue wearing the current home jersey for another year or so. It was only unveiled last summer, was it not?
In-play tennis betting proved very lucrative for me last week, so decided to splash out on my most coveted jersey of all time - a sponsorless Italia '90 home replica jersey - after one appeared on eBay the other day: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1608299623...ht_3631wt_1270
It's my most coveted jersey of all time. Noticed it's coming from Poland too. I wonder did one of our fans do a swap of some sort over there and the Polish party is now selling it on...
I've been back in Ireland for the week but hopefully it'll be waiting for me in Manchester when I fly back over there tomorrow morn. Are you suspicious of its authenticity? It looks genuine to me, with Adidas tags and all. Plus, the guy has 100 per cent positive feedback. Surely everything's above board?
Just noticing I wrote a sentence twice in my last post. It really is my most coveted!
I find it a bit odd that all these jerseys are coming from eastern Europe. The one you purchased looks good though, let me know how it is when you get it in hand.
What do we think of this effort?

Not really a fan. Collar is iffy, the two tones of green look odd and the baggy version on the players in the promotional shoot looks awful, not aided by a very overweight David Healy. The long-sleeve one does look a bit better but I'm not really a fan most of Adidas' modern gear. Bring back the trefoil, I say! Some of NI's old Adidas jerseys are absolutely lovely jerseys.
Jersey quality is fine and it's authentic, as far as I can make out, but it's quite a large, loose-fitting medium, which isn't the right size for me and looks a bit frumpy/untidy when I put it on, unfortunately. I have a few retro Adidas jerseys from the 1980s already and assumed it'd be the same size/cut as those but it's closer to the cut of our USA '94 jersey. As much as I like it, I'm going to sell it on again. Have it going here if you're interested: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...ht_4419wt_1270
Would ideally like to make back what I paid for it as the guy didn't offer a return facility.
I think it's horrid but I'd be afraid a revamp of ours will be remarkably similar. Why can't someone just take Germanys current away tap and stick an FAI badge on it? and voila ...we're sorted.
It's probably on the big side for me too. I'm normally in the awkward size between small & medium.
You should have no problem selling it to close or even more to what you paid for it.
I don't like the two different shades of green but other than that I don't mind the new 'six counties' kit.
