And for the record, I couldn't care less where he's from, if he was a cockney, geordie, scouser, roman, mongul, or whatever. I didn't want him as manager because I didn't think he was up to it, his last success was more than a decade ago with England, and even that doesn't read well under scrutiny. Everything he's touched since then has fallen apart. He was an assistant to a failure at England, and when they needed his "sensible opinions" at home against Croatia, where was he?
