I like Daal, Tarka Daal or Daal Makhani, I lived in Glasgow for a few years so was in curry heaven, if anone ever goes over can I recommend a place called the Dhabba, its pretty high end & is frequented by footballers (I met Paul McStay, Frank McAvennie, Didier Agathe, Richard Gough & McCoist there) but its quite expensive, I had a tandoori lobster there a few times....class though
It has to be a Chicken Saag for me (I need my meat). The veggie option ain't a bad substitute though.. The spinach really does make it!

Saag Gosh - Lamb in spinach sauce.
I'd start with something mild like a tikka masala, and work your way up. I've found them a lot milder here than in Manchester.
Was back in Manch a couple of weekends ago and had a lovely Chicken Madras, Bombay spuds and rice - a lot hotter than over here, but actually just about right for me. Right heat for me is hot enough to make my nose run, but not so hot that it makes my eyes water
btw whats the point of the milk and then a hot curry? just get a milder curry ffs.

That's where (many years ago) I had my "Cremation" in a dirty kip of a place called The Palace.
Vindaloo.....and a pint of milk, sorts out the hangover alright. Forget the korma crap !!
