He's barely even related to a footballer. It's a travesty to football that he managed to sit on the bench for 2 league winning teams

I'm surprised he even did Galway the courtesy of telling them he wanted to leave. Usually Mr 'City til I Die' just takes off without a word.

Greg used to rent a house off me in Letterkenny, very sound guy but he will be first to tell you, his biggest problem is his ability to play anywhere on the pitch. He prefers holding midfield and if he got a constant run in the side would do a good job imo. Galway seemed pretty happy with him but he's keen to move back to Dublin or Cork (thats going by his comments whilst at Derry and probably more evident since this transfer request)
I reckon Cobh is a possibility and the scrapping of the 3 club rule suits playes like Greg.

Nah no stars just egos, I had Alan Moore, Ola Tidman, Dave Rogers, Karl Bermingham and Dean Delaney (for a week). It went against all my rules about Derry players :p All gone now so I can walk through Ballybofey a bit easier now.
