For a club that was only in existence for just over 20 years, the very fact that they managed to reach the top tier of irish soccer, twice, is an achievement in itself.
Kilkenny City is a huge loss to the league and i can only hope that we will see them in the future.
We had a good night at Buckley Park (and in Langtons afterwards) about 10 years ago at a Cork City game.
Always thought the development of Buckley PArk was a great example of how small clubs in the EL should do things.
Too bad it didn't work out. Hope that Kilkenny make it back into the league sooner rather than later.
