Not really. I've watched some episodes; they're poor at best, I find, and I don't feel the need to keep watching more in the hope that it'll sometime change.

I'd quite happily survive on a combination of BBC suite of digital channels, and radio. I actually find RTE quite bias - if you compare what actually goes on in, for example, the Tribunals to what and how RTE report it (both TV and Radio) you'd wonder if it was the same day they covered.
The History Channel and Sky SPorts (especially for their Saturday afternoon scores programme). "And now we go over to Hillsboro where there has been a goal". You tense, you wonder, you see the reporter with the glum fans sitting in the background. You know who's scored :(
its worth it...
Holby city? Loads of primetime cack on. The clinic is at least well produced. If you like female skewed medical based hour long soaps, the clinic is as good as any. Its still cack though
As someone said earlier I can't understand people who watch TV channels. Watch TV programmes on whatever channel its on. Similar to somebody saying they don't watch US sitcoms. Its like saying they don't like ball games. Their is literally every type of sitcom you could think possible being made in the US. Some excellent, some complete rubbish
Just read in the paper that Rte had lost the rights for GAA next summer to TV3, That must be a big blow for it being the best staition on TV.
no, you're right. They've won the rights to "some" GAA

I'd imagine the big games would still be on RTE
I've always thought Seinfeld is wayyyyyy overrated. Jerry himself is one of the most annoying comedy characters I've ever seen. I'd say its moderately funny at best, but I know I'm in the minority on this.
It seems to be one of those shows that you "get" or not. I just don't "get" it.

I don't listen to Today FM cause the Eircom League has never existed on that station. Even when it was called Radio Ireland the station was full of Premiershi* and bugger all domestic football. It hasn't improved from what I can gather. I can't get UCD's or Monaghan United's results on that station so I never listen to it. I don't have a lot of time for RTE TV either cause of their scant coverage of the League during the years but at least Radio 1 gives out the Eircom League results and the sports department in the Radio building to give our League a fair amount of coverage. Perhaps not as much as any of us would like but a lot more than the print media. And I don't work for RTE either.
I don't watch any individual channel per se. I find myself switching on BBC 2 a lot but that's because of the programming.
