Connor Error Costs Ireland B

Connor is definitely prone to a howler!I dont think theres a goalkeeper with worse kicking in the league.:eek:

But he is among the best shot stoppers. His save from Keith fahey's free kick against us was the best save i've seen all season and he does this on regular occasions if you watch e.l weekly. But i do believe he wouldn't have been chosen if the drogs hadnt won the league so it was a lazy decision.

Graham gartland on the other hand was there purely on merit and i dont think he would look out of place in the senior squad tbh. But we all know e.l players dont get there!

Would agree with all that. However he was extremely consistent in the second half of the season when he came back from injury.

Dan's a good keeper but yeah probably not the best in league. as someone's already mentioned he's prone to a rush of blood to the head.

That said however and bear in mind I haven't seen the game - what are yis complaining about if Devlin's out there to give everyone a run that's not a winning attitude and if Devlin started a different keeper (cos he's ostensibly better than Dan) then why bring Dan on?

Also look at timing of subs and goal - apparently garto was legend for most of game. Take Garto and keeper off who'd been doing well and it doesn't take a genius to figure out what'll hapen next .

Dan probably should have saved it but if you wanna win don't be trying to be everyone's friend just stick with a winning team! Save us all embarassment.

I don't think anyone ios complaining that he got a run out once picked. Most are saying he shouldn't have been picked in the first place

It was a lazy selection based on them winning the title but nonetheless there's easily 4 Drogs players more worthy.
