If Shane delivers half as much as those boys did, we'll have had another major Limerick success story in Galway.

Foley spent his teenage years in Limerick at least, and came up through the Limerick ranks, Lester was taken directly from Limerick FC, and O'Flynn has only ever reached anywhere near his vast potential whilst playing for Limerick FC, hence my Limerick connections remark, I stand by it. I am a regualr reader but an infrequent contributor to the various threads on foot.ie.

What I enjoy about the forum is hearing other contributors inputs in relation to our squad / our performances and our expectations for the matches just gone or ones that lie ahead.

Too often threads go off on tangents of slagging between various clubs / petty quibbles etc.

The one thing all supporters have is a desire to see Galway United do the best they possibly can in the Premier League.

So lets try and keep the content of the threads consistent with the title and if people wish to add another topic then open another thread for your topic.

Jebus is banned from the GUFC forum so I dont think anyone here has to worry about him here unless people go looking for him personnally. The only reason he has a post in the thread is because his post was transferred here from another forum.
