What's the point of this rule anyway?
I suppose to stop all the shady stuff going on. But it is clearly effecting other situations as well.Quote:

If FIFA make exceptions it undermines the rule. How can you make exceptions for individual cases? I rule for big names & another for the rest?Quote:
