Otto Rehhagel is the name your looking for. According to Wikipedia he's still in charge of Greece. Was offered Germany job but turned it down.

That's him, thanks. Might have been thinking of Hiddink, he left the South Korea job after the 2002 World Cup, they even offered him citizenship to stay!
