Micko was good. I remember the relegation season when we won 2-0 in Derry and he ran the show; Derry fans singled him out for praise. He ended up at left-back last season, though, which simply isn't his position. He's a left-mid who rarely lost the ball and who was always utterly reliable - always got a decent performance out of him.Quote:

of the current drogs would say that Gavin Whelan sticks out always gives 100% just not always all that good, but would have to say that Gary "Snackbox" Cronin is probaly our best example. he'd work his arse off for every second he was on the pitch, and eventually won the fans over. then he went to longford:(
