Extension to the League Season

What would really clog things is if Derry had to play a cup quarter final replay, get through and then end up in a semi final replay.:eek:

I would like a rule that clubs say have to annouce the re-arranged date within 3 days of the postponed fixture. Even if they had to change the game later would at least force to schedule the game.

Yeah, they'd be much better off just losing in the cup quarter final. :D

I totally agree with Pete on this one - the League should set a deadline for when the teams announce a replay - I also think it should be played within 6 weeks of the original date where possible (and I'd say this should be possible in most cases)

Just for the record Pats played 7 times in 15 days at the end of the 2001 season. Won all 7 too.

Agree with Jaime and others who said its ridiculous that so many games were called off

Hope the Cork V Shels game still goes ahead on the given date, about 15 Shels so far have booked flights already!

I know it's only in its 3rd year, but what is the expected minimum income for reaching the group stages has anyone heard?
