Football wise you could make a case for Notlob being at the end of a very productive stint of using over the hill players and getting the best out of them, while Citeh have a young manager with a blast of young lads coming through who are going to be good to play with and pass things onto.

But I agree with you that there is very little between the two football wise.

Hard to see how there wasn't tapping up involved. He hardly suddenly decided he didn't want to play for Bolton- talk of him going there had been going on for ages.

Bolton and Manchester are very close to each other so would they not have the same accent? I think the change of heart was motivated by cash.
