i saw a cupla randomers with the rest of the team at the races 2day but didn't get a proper look at em but the obvious one was there. even no1 ever heard of him b4 they cud make it out from the terrible attempts at puns on this. bit of a hero in champ back in the day alright

We have signed Stephen Feeney. Does anyone have any info or an opinion of him.
Steve is a Quality player.Can play in nearly every position.Good skill and very comfortable on the ball.
Dont know weather he left us because he couldnt commit to full time or whats the story.
Good addition to any team,and he scores a few goals aswell.
excellent player....strong,good eye for goal and can play the defensive or attacking midfield role
Well Jimbo and Rossi have been playing great stuff for us so far so
lets hope Steve makes it a hat-trick of successful Rovers signings.

Steve is a very good signing for Athlone. A versatile player who can play in a number of positions, including up front. I think he joined the guards, prob stationed up around Athlone.
Really puts our squad into the thread bare category now:(
Apparently we have signed Brian Cash from Derry on loan. A right sided midfielder.
