After year 3 I reckoned it probably was not a coincidence, and challenged the rep who called me about it. He admitted it within a heartbeat, and then went on to tell me where to complain about it. I went through the motions, heard some pretty convincing shock - horror reactions, and promises that "this will be fully investigated" etc. That was two years ago. I took the BT internet offer about 18 months ago and I am delighted with it. Wonkers in Eircom!
