The standard of the League is poor ! I certainly don't think so and you only have to look at European results to see that.I think it is improving season after season with some clubs improving more that others.Teams are much fitter now and clubs are taking a much more professional approach to the whole lot and it is beginning to show on the pitch.It's a slow process but it is happening.

I think the goal should be to have more consistency from year to year. Need all clubs participating in Europe to perform as expected.
Last season Shel$ surpassed expectation, Cork City did too a little (no ranking points for Inter Toto) but Bohs & Longford disappointed.
