Side cutter please accept my apologies as your right i am obsessed with hibs and i promise to be more positive in the future. Things are obviously brilliant down at riverside with a bunch of top class players and team's ready to take on the might of limerick I look forward to a trophy laden season. Mon the hibs

Any word when the Wesley is due to start

looking forward to seeing the cream or Shannon talent / drinking club:D and rumour of the Christian church playing this year as they fight it out to be kings of Shannon soccer

Hoping to start on the 4th Aug afaik. Will let you know early next week. Will be ran the same as last year. 2 groups of 3.

Town won their first game 1 nil against Tipp Town. Evan Barry with the goal.
They lost on penalty's against Balla in the final. Not sure of the team but there is pictures on Balla's fb page.

it has always been a tournament for shannon teams and both newmarket & the bridge were invited to previous years so you would need a shannon town member to answer why they not involved anymore

Well I assume it's Shannon Towns choice who they invite. The organisation involving 6 teams would be enough without adding two more into the mix.

Hoping too.. Long way from playing. Will know more after doing some training but fingers crossed would love to get back to rolling around in the mud!

Good news keep at it and ease yourself back into it .. any word on Wesley webb draw ? talk of only 5 teams in it this year as Olympic can only get enough players for one team :ball:
