Jim McLaughlin is the most successful manager in Irish football history, you have to include him!!! Between 1984 and 1989 he won 4 league titles and 3 FAI cup's!!
From a Rovers point of view, you left out John Giles (born 06.11.1940 - I checked that with google. Honestly, I didn't know it off by heart!) who won one FAI Cup (1977) but no leagues in his reign as manager of Shamrock Rovers from 1977 - 1983.
You also left out Ray Tracey (even google doesn't know when he was born), who won one league title with Rovers in 1994. He managed Rovers from 1991 - 1996.
Aside from that, you've got everyone from the 1950s onwards. We won major trophies under Coad, Thomas, Tuohy, Giles, McLaughlin, Keely and Tracey. Prior to that, Jimmy Dunne won us (I think) two FAI Cup's in the 40s. I don't know if anyone even knows who the managers were before that!
Seriously though, stick in McLaughlin. All his trophies were won in the Republic and he is widely acknowledged as the best LoI manager ever.
