The rendition of the song at the stadium was very enjoyable, certainly better than the Croatian dirge. Not sure if RTE showed it.

I have to say, I was initially quite chagrined at how **** all of the efforts for a song for this tournament were. However, seeing as the team matched (or even "bettered") that effort on the pitch, I now think it is quite appropriate.

I dunno. I don't think this one was attempting to either glorify or for that matter stick the boot into the team or it's prospects and yet some of it proved perhaps eerily prophetic
