I see Ireland are playing Samoa there the day before the game, so the pitch mightened be the best. Will be interesting to see how the surface and the groundsmen shape up to the challenge.

Also depressing to see Ireland.com's page 'What's on at the Aviva this year' makes no mention at all of the Cup Final. I suspect they got the list of events directly from the stadium's themselves. Does this suggest that the FAI are still hedging their bets on where to hold it, dependent upon finalists ? I would if I was them....

The FAI Cup final is listed at the Aviva Stadium's own website, so no need for conspiracy theories on this one

I emailed Ireland.com about it yesterday anyway, and they've been good enough to respond today and add the Cup Final to their list. Fair play to them.
