These LDMC clubs that i refer to, have players registered at under 17 level in the LDMC league and also these same players are registered for their local schoolboy leagues which are a seperate entity to the LDMC league. I wont call it duel reg but same player playing for same club but in two differing leagues. This is common practice amoung clubs, and you can use the Athlone situation as a precedent to this case where a player reg to athlone town fc is also reg to the DDSL for athlone under 16s. Naive??? Your objection to limerick entering teams and the subsaquent appeal is only delaying the fixture lists for all clubs from being published and i dont believe this is helping any club either in the league or at this stage outsde it.
a simple salution is, to reach an agreement with limerick so that all clubs would recieve their forms for the under 17/18 leagues a month before limerick receive theirs therefore curtailing limericks ambitious, and obligitory (uefa and club licencing requirments)
please refore to SPO 101 of club licencing manual on fai website which is for public viewing.
and jsut from one of your previous posts "Heard that also - the arrogance of that lot. The quicker they finally go to the wall the better, LOI is finished"
