You're absolutely right and Charlie was also one of the first players to take advantage of the parentage rule to play for Ireland. I think Shay Brennan may have been the first and Charlie Gallagher was just a couple of years later.Quote:

With one of the midfielders (lennon) protecting the back 3 and another midfielder (Reid) playing in the hole between MF and the loan striker.
Had to take 4 of the players from N.I. too.
