U2 Croke Park

Was there Friday night, everything was perfect!! Thought Crazy, Unforgettable Fire,Bad and Ultra Violet were the highlights.

Trying to get cheap tickets for Monday, but theres only the €130 ones left :(

270 for a pair, is that really the price of them,my god some people have way more money than sense.

I got two of the cheap tickets, 33 each for seats in the corner of the Hogan and Davin stands

Any report of Sat Night? Fri night was unreal (ignoring the rubbish that was played before U2 mind) ;)

I was at Saturday night's gig.
Whole thing was a bit surreal, the stage is unbelievable, Jeff. The screen is huge, and perfectly clear. They had a video message from the orbiting space station, and from Desmond Tutu.
Only minor gripe was they finished with "Moment of Surrender", which was a bit calmer than everything else that came before. I thought they'd just do a massive blow out for the final track. Rumours that tonight's gig will go over the 2 hour set, and finish after 11.

I was at the monday night gig 4 years ago, seats in the upper davin. Don't remember what time it finished though.

few of my mates in work are going tonight, I'm seriously considering heading down to see if I can get any spares going.....
