So are they knocking the Railway side or just putting on a roof? If they're knocking it then that's no seats for much of the season?

Well the seats have been taken out for the mean time and all the structural work is being done at the moment so they can start to excuvate underneath the stand, work began back with our last home league game of the season againist Cobh - they had half the seats up at that stage so i take it there well into it by now.Quote:

Dave Kelly from TV3 is a massive Bray fan and is always down there, Phil Coulter is another big Bray fan, have seen him down the Carlisle quite a few times
Des Cahill purports to be a West Ham supporter. But somehow I doubt if he ever seen them play. I think he's heavily invlved in Cuala Casements in Dalkey.
Thank God for that!!!Quote:

Work Begins on New Stand -
Work has finally begun on the long awaited cover for the seated east stand. The work is to include retaining walls and holding joints, the work should last for several weeks and it is hoped that it will be ready for the start of next season as per UEFA's new licensing rules.
i think you will find that phil coulter is a derry fan.
why would the man write "the town i loved so well" and then support bray?
p.s derry city are one of if not the most financially stable team in the league, our board just don't want to revisit te nightmare that our near bankruptcy brought so they are holding back a bit.
Wasn't he president of Derry for a while.
Anyway a film of his life on TV a while back had the nauseating site of him fondling the FAI Cup at the Brandywell.
Bizarre - 2 teams arguing over Phil Coulter as a celebrity fan....

He 'was' honourable president of our club for years until we voiced our disgust (supporters) at his lack of effort and generousity when we almost went bankrupt. Add to that he only appeared on BIG occasions for the usual photos etc....
Paul Diamond is now president (Actually invests in the club)
Yeah, fcuk it, you can keep the northie ******* ! lolQuote:
