That could be big news for Doyle, Long and the Hunts. Imagine one or two could leave now. Who knows what Reading will be like come the start of the next season and the longer it takes for them to get a new boss, the more likely it is for them to leave.
Looks like another Sean Thornton unfortunately. Id be surprised if some club in the championship doesnt take a chance on him.
Hunt was on the bench for Reading last night, he came on just after the first goal. To be honest im dont see a huge queue for either Doyle or Hunts services, but if there is i think the transfer fees will end up been less than was offered last summer.
Sean Thornton in fairness has turned his career around again...he was shipped out on loan to Shrewsbury with Martin Ling saying he would never play for Orient again. He did the business for Shrewsbury who couldn't afford to keep him, went back to Orient, knuckled down and played in 10 of the last 13...not bad for a chap who was told 'he would never play for the club again'...rumour has it he is being offered a new contract also.
Ok so it is league one but the guy is still only 25/26...undoubted potential...
Doyle is certain to be playing outside of the championship next season imo. Manager's like that type of player.

Don't know what to think.....
I'd like to see it but I don't think Cork should take him on from a financial point of view. Unfortunately it'll probably mean the end of his international career.
