take the 20 minutes PI - im sure after your marathon 20 seconds they would need to finish each other off so the remaining 20 minutes would be worth it, provided you didnt nod off straight after...

Having been stuck in a lift for about 20 mins once before I can confirm that it's pretty bloody depressing with the wrong company.
