We have players who are impressing at this level, and I'm optimistic a few of them can break through and help the national team in the future, but progress will be necessary.
We see teams time and time again break through to the top flight and struggle with a team that dominated at the level below.
Obviously Hull are pulling a Reading and are right in amongst them, but the cynics among us are waiting for reality to sink in.
